Legal guarantee, returns and exchanges

Legal guarantee

In the event of a defective product, Funky Mule.com will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the customer.

Changes and returns (right of withdrawal)

The client can choose between the exchange of the product or the full refund of the amount. The user will have 30 calendar days to make the return or exchange, counting from the date of receipt of the order. To request the return of the order within the indicated period of 30 calendar days (right of withdrawal).

The refund of the amounts derived from the withdrawal exercise will be made within the following 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or the presentation of proof of the return of the product.

Process

The client will send Joan Luzzatti via carrier with the shipping costs to be borne by the client within the term, stipulating if he wants a change of garment or a refund of the amount, to the following address:
